The first Zane Grey book to be published in more than 75 years from a never-before-seen manuscript, Tales of The Gladiator passionately describes every fish sighting, hook-up and battle as only Grey could. The book contains 40 historic photographs, many of which have also never been published. Edited by award-winning journalist Capt. Dave Lear, each chapter is also complimented with a beautiful, content-specific illustration by acclaimed marine illustrator Steve T. Goione.

The Limited 1st Edition books are hand-made from the finest Scandinavian aniline leather and period appropriate hand-marbled French paper. The book is finished with accented gold leaf trim in a three-quarter Moroccan style indicative of turn of the century publishing. Each book is numbered by hand and presented in a hand-made sail-cloth accented gift box. A certificate of authenticity, also individually signed and numbered by ZG Collections, is included with each book.
